My boy Dave came yesterday to cut the grass that has grown way past what my little riding mower will cut. Didnt even know he was coming out, until Angie called and said he was almost here. That is just the kind of good guy he is. There is no way the small mower or the JD that Carl will get going in a few days could have cut all of that . Carl has to release the brake for one side of the deck, I think he said. New to me, but think he said it had an automatic brake there, and because they cut so many different wires, needs a good day off to fool with it. Meanwhile, Dave to the rescue..You know what, There is something in the Bible about being kind to Widows , old people and small children. Im the small, well, ok, Im the children Part ! LOL My kids were right there for me yesterday. Angie and Bailey stopped by and bought a towel like thing, you wet it, and one side keeps you cool, the other side you can wipe your face and it will absorb the sweat ! Coolest thing I have seen in a while.Dave was using one and he said First thing I[ve seen that works. Have to re-wet it after awhile in the direct sun. And oh yes, she got the one for me, and you know The Golden Child (Carl) got one also. Did good today(ok, well, today) :) Got 3 gift bags and tissue for me. Dave brought mine, and Carls brisket when he came out. Did she do the brisket for me..Please! You know she did not! Told Carl it was here, and he just laughed at the thought, she did not do it for me. (Not the first time !) :) She loves the boy! :)
