My breakfast smoothie today (almost every day) consists of Frozen black cherries, probiotic plain Greek yogurt, spinach, cucumber, chia seeds, a a full range of vitamin powder, Love and Peas vegan protein powder, Maca powder, Goji berries, cocoa nibs, spirulina, Moringa leaf powder, flax seed and sometimes essential oils and a dab of low fat milk or plain coconut milk. Sometimes I change up the fruit, but its usually black cherries. Yummy and very healthy.
