My brief of evidence for resource consent appeal against regional and local councils Ross Brief of evidence I Have read and will abide by the expert code of conduct That treason, perjury , corruption against democracy, crown law , sovereign law and god’s law have and are occurring , we question the jurisdiction of the environment court, and wish to apply to have the question of jurisdiction as a matter for judicial review in the High Court under s27 NZ Bill of Rights Act 1990 We also request a trial by jury as god’s law “no man can judge in his own cause’ applies to the environment court and high court, it should be crystal clear that no judge in the environment court or high court could lawfully rule on a challenge to the jurisdiction of the environment or high court and the sovereignty of the crown, It is a question of their own authority, so they are obviously not impartial to the outcome. A Jury is the ONLY way the question of jurisdiction can lawfully and impartially be decided . There for a judge ignoring the right to request a jury trial and ruling in their own cause , is committing a criminal act ,( as has already happened ) And grounds for an appeal As god s law is being questioned the responsibility or danger of this on any judge is too great, therefore a jury trial is the only option We asked at the hearing that the government rules be applied, rma be applied which quotes sustainable management , this has not happened , Horizons and HDC and environment hearing have opposed the government law We all so asked that witnesses at the hearing abide by the expert code of witness for the environment court, this was not the case, Wish to amend the relief sort after to being awarded compensation , costs and damages this is a matter of national importance , with all the atrocities of governments against indigenous people of the land that has happened throughout the centuries still being carried out by Horizons and HDC,
