My business coach, Meri Har-Gil shared this today, which I wanted to share with you, as this is a really key element for staying motivated to make changes in your life... "If you find ways to reward yourself when you reach milestones in your journey, you’ll be more likely to stay in action. I’ve seen this time and time again with the individuals I’ve coached. When you have something to work toward, even if it’s a daily reward consisting of a nice cup of coffee while reading something you enjoy, you’re more likely to push yourself and stay disciplined. And let’s face it—we all deserve a reward!" Share with us how you like to reward yourself for accomplishing a milestone. My favourite reward is a date with my husband :)
