My car and title was stolen 2 months ago and after 3 attempts to get it. Cops wont let me take it. Every single attempt they receive proof that the car is mine. Still wont let me take it. So now 3 counts of violation of due process, aid and abetting and assisting title fraud, conspiracy, slander, intimation upon practicing law without a license, fraudulent PPO used as tactic for aid and abetting, Lapeer twp Police Sargent claims vehicle is in perps name on a date when it never was. All the while this department didnt have Jurisdiction on this case to begin with. In short in Lapeer County it is Legal to steal automobiles, all you have to say is: The vehicle is mine. In return all 4 attorneys are pissed and are Suing Lapeer twp Police and Lapeer County Sheriffs departments. They say this case is as easy as sleeping. These dirty crooks better Settle and pay up! Oh guess what porky pigs... I have the funds to take you thieves down. Oh guess what... This isnt a bluff. That one day when it all crashes down is upon you. Time to get rid of the real criminals on the streets. (LAPEER POLICE)
