My car is an original SS, my parents bought it new in Sept. 1983. No wipers, no heating/AC parts. Car has been turned into a street/strip car. Manual crank windows/door locks. Car is all steel and straight. Paint is in good shape, could use buffed. The hood scoop is fiberglass. A change of air cleaner and it could use a 2 cowl induction hood. Car has been garaged most of its life. All lights/signals still work, power steering works. Car has been built to go fast 1/4 mile at a time. 454 BBC +.030 12.5:1 All Iron motor, roughly 600 hp. GM Steel crank, Dimple rods, ARP Main studs, 2 bolt block, Forged pistons (LS7 spec), heads are ported (oval port, but larger than rectangle ports now). 2.19/1.88 stainless valves. Comp Cams solid lifter 0.605 int/0.580 ex cam. Full Roller rockers. 3-1/2 exhaust all the way out, Aero-chamber mufflers. (I raced it with the exhaust in place, no open headers here!) 6 point roll cage with swing out drivers side bar, 16 gallon fuel cell, Holley race pump. Barry Grant Silver Claw carb - 825 c.f.m. All MSD ignition. TH 400 w/4000 stall, B&M Quick stick, safety switch is operational. Ford 9 rear end w/ 3.50:1 ratio. 31 Spline Moser Axles with Strange full Spool. Air bag in right rear coil spring to launch straight. Weld wheels. BFGoodrich tires, new on the rear (P275-60-15 not mounted yet). All Autometer gauges, Speed, Tach, Oil Pressure, Water temp, Trans temp, Vacuum, Fuel level, Volts, Fuel press. AutoMeter Shift light, Oil pressure low light, Water temp high light. Race seats with cushioned black vinyl covers. Blue interior. 5 point harness. (Date is expired, would need recertified or replaced) Power Steering. Comes with extra Pair of matching Weld wheels with 28-10.5-15 slicks mounted tubed and screwed. I have some spare parts that will go with. Just add racing gas and go racing!
