My case against both the bank and the court is has clear as a pikestaff 1 The bank either needs its customers signed order before it makes a payment out of its customers bank account or it does not. 2. The defendant bank was not entitled to issue a bank draft debited to my bank account without my signed order or it was.3. The bank draft number 111111 600012 05977380 is a false instrument that could not have been cleared funds through the banks clearing system and was never processed or it was. These are all questions of law that should have been addressed by the Judge. The bank acted in breach of banking rules or it didnt.
