My cat Tammy NEVER goes to the barn but the last week shes been sitting around the barn area waiting for me to finish up and head for the house. Today she was acting real brave and with a strange behavior. I nearly dropped when she entered the barn and headed up the ladder to the hay loft! I was certainly surprised but in the same sense payed no attention to what caused her to be so curious. Tammy is NOT a hunter or killer by all means. If she catches something its usually flies! But the boy cats are hunters and killers! Always bringing home critters for Tammy who will play with the things for hours if I dont get rid of it. Today...I was shocked out of my boots to see Tammy after a baby crow who got itself trapped upstairs in the hay loft. I dont know how long this poor thing was trapped up there and it wasnt till I took a short video of Tammy on the ladder. Even taking the video I hadnt realized the baby crow was there. I figure I was that birds guardian angel today! I brought Tammy down from the loft then opened the loft door to free the crow. Alls well that ends well!
