My cats desperately want to be in the bedroom with us while we sleep during the day ( Alex works nights) not because they want to be near us but because the window right over my head gets the sunlight in the winter. During the summer the dont bug me as much but when fall hits I get woken up over and over by 2 big black cats trying to walk on my head to get in to the window Leaving the door shut means the room gets stifling fast.
