My chest workout this morning. Video 1- Chest Press- Set of 15, 12, 8, 8. Use heavier weight each set except the last set of 8, go slightly lighter than your first set of 8. Video 2- Incline Fly and Incline Press- Set of 15, 12, 8 and one last set of 8 (using lighter weight) on the Incline Press. Alternate these two exercises, doing a set of 15 Incline Flies and then your set of 15 of Incline Press, etc. Video 3- a Close Grip Press and Partial Fly (only coming half way up). Alternate these two exercises and the Decline Push ups in the 4th video, doing a set of 15, 12, 8. So, a set of 15 of each. Then a set of 12. Then a set of 8. Remember your sets of 8 should be done with heavier dumbbells than your sets of 12 or 15. But take it at your own pace and use weights that are appropriate for YOU! Proper form is critical, to prevent injury and to make sure you are training the right muscle groups!
