My children and I have always been close. We did everything together. People at work always called us, Karen and her ducklings. Since this nightmare has gotten so much worse for Mike, his brother Bill (not on Facebook), and sister Shawn Tuttle Schaefer have closed ranks. Mike is surrounded by love. Just need to get this agonizing pain under control. My brave boy, is fighting with all he has, and it is so heartbreaking to not be able to take some of the pain from him. Please keep praying for him that this radiation can help. Thank you to all his family, friends (new and old). Some of you were my kids from another mother and almost lived at my house. Some of you came into our lives and became family. Some of you have been away, but, came back as close as ever. And some of you are new to our lives, but, just as precious. Thank you all for your prayers.
