My choice for the forthcoming general elections As expected, am - TopicsExpress

My choice for the forthcoming general elections As expected, am not a believer of party but a believer in individual. My choices cut across different party lines. I support the right candidate even if he is in the wrong party. Am not after the money of the politicians but, am after good governance. For the president of Nigeria am a die hard supporter of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. For those that care to know. I fell in love with the personality of GEJ in September 2010. During his 1st declaration to run for the office of the president of Nigeria. I was there live @ Eagle square Abuja. I make bold to state clearly that my humble president is yet to dissappoint me. I have been following up his programs and policies which I would explain later on. For the governor of Delta state. I support my name sake, Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa. Anioma agenda aside we all knew how this Medical doctor rose in politics. From a councillor, to L.G.A chairman, to a commissioner, to SSG and now a senator of the federal republic of Nigeria . He stands out as a mentor to many young men and women. I strongly believe that Okowa has what it takes to lead delta state. In his recent interview in Vanguard newspaper. He stated it clearly, that his 1st agenda is the employment of youths. For senate Delta North I support. Rt. Hon (Engr) Victor Ochei of Accord party. The former speaker Delta state house of assembly. His leadership style as the speaker of DTHA speaks volume of his personality. We all knew how much he achieved in Delta state, when he was the speaker. His open door policy endeared him to the people of Delta state. For the Federal house of Reps. I support DR. (Hon) Barr. Uchenna Eugene Okolocha (Phd in law) of the APC. I must confess that am impressed by the style of leadership this man have shown so far. Back in our days in Uniben, Barr OKolocha stood out as one Ndokwa man we could run to and he wont dissappoint us Inspite of his tight schedule. Also bearing in mind that he had no political ambition back then. This was the reason we FUNS Uniben chapter rightly gave him a title the Okpulu Ngugu one of Umu Ndokwa For the state house of assembly Ndokwa east constituency. I fully support the ambition of Obiechine Charles Olisa of the APC. He has shown that he is a leader that one can really on. He proved himself during the last L.G.A election in Delta state. He is an intelligent sound and out spoken young man. Once you meet him you will discover that yourself. I want to end this write up with an appeal to my people. The individual is more important than the party. Let us for once as a people vote in the right candidates. Lets not be blinded by this ruling party mantra. We all know that in Nigeria people can decamp from one party to the other. I have made my choice as a person. It is left for everybody to make their choice.
