My chriffy went out with his dad two days in a row. Had a blast! Went to the park.. Now he feels crummy. Hes sniffling, congested, coughing! Its not fair! Dr Hift wants him to have the IVIG intravenously. She is so worried that his immune system is so bad, from his last blood work- shows hes gotten worse. that (her words)- Im worried hes going to get sick and we wont be able to get him better.... Soooo, my next steps are to make an appointment to get him to NYC for his first of many IVIG treatments. Side effects are very bad headaches for a few days! Im so nervous. Am I making the right decision?! Its always left up to me. (Always has been) I need prayers. For guidance. I have such a heavy heart about this. I know I have to do something and the supplements arent cutting it anymore. Hes getting sick too often. Please say prayers for my love. Pray this works. Pray it doesnt give him bad headaches. He goes through so much already. Thank you.
