My church sign calendar today says: Gods been patient.....so far!” 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. 1 John 2:4 Whoever says “I know Him” but does not keep His commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, Matthew 25:41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.’ 44 Then they also will answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to you?’ 45 Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.’ 46 And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” Matthew 22:37-39 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. God promises to all who walk in His light He will watch over them and give them a true and everlasting peace. If we commit our life to God right now we can immediately enjoy His blessings and then we no longer have to worry about the hour in which Gods patience runs out. What if Noah wasn’t close to God when God was losing His patience with all mankind at that time? To help you draw closer to God try doing P.A.C.K. (Planned Acts of Christian Kindness) on a routine basis. Have your church sign up for a FREE P.A.C.K. Kit on our website acts18.org today!
