My classmates are pretty surprised with my transformation. The fat guy in their eye has gone. I have lost 42 lbs within one month, I didn��t think I changed so much until I compare with the before picture. I have struggled with weight since I could remember knowing what weight is, probably around 5th grade. And I have tried many workouts in the past, but none fo them worked for me. Then I came across Truth About ABS on facebook page, I began to try this program. After one weeks, what surprised me so much was that I lost 3 lbs soon by following the workouts in the program.
