My classmates are pretty surprised with my transformation. The fat guy in their eye has gone. I have lost 45 lbs within one month, I didn��t think I changed so much until I compare with the before picture. I have struggled with weight since I can remember knowing what weight is, probably around 5th grade. And I have tried lots of lose weight projects in the past, but none fo them worked for me.
