My classmates are very surprised with my transformation. The fat guy in their eye has gone. I have lost 38 lbs within one month, I didn��t think I changed so much until I compare with the before picture. I am puzzled by obesity since I could remember knowing what weight is, probably around 5th grade. And I have tried many program in the past, but no one worked for me.
