My client needs recommendations for a contractor who can remodel a kitchen and move a laundry room upstairs. The house was built in 2000. She wants a wall taken out between the kitchen and dining room, an island added, new countertops and existing cabinets painted/glazed, new appliances. We had a few names but having a hard time getting estimates. She also needs an existing shower insert removed and the shower enlarged and tiled in master bath. The closing is set for Aug 15 and they would like to get started as soon as possible after that date.
