My clients and I are in a healthy relationship. If (and when) the relationship ends I hold my head high knowing I gave them my all and wish them well. Sometimes they just need a change and thats ok and I appreciate them telling me as much. I have some awesome friendships with ex-clients that Im so thankful for and many long term clients I truly adore. I was shocked when one coach bashed not only his former but current clients to me last year, I had to walk away, none stayed and none now speak well of their experience. So nurture all of your relationships, treat people well and it comes back to you, treat them poorly and itll come back as well.
