My coach said to me today... you have to act like a competitive athlete Stacy, ya know.. Be, Do, AM. You be an elite athlete, do what they do and then you are! I thought, Wow I need to have this attitude when trying to become a saint too, right? Right. Believe, have faith and know that you are a child of God and belong with Him. DO what saints have done and then you ARE.... How awesome... if I can be an elite athlete, I can be a saint. I have come to find that living the life of an elite athlete is in many ways just as difficult as living the life of a saint in this world.
