Bookkeeper/Accountant Minimum 2 years prior experience with a focus on general ledger, cash management and AP/AR processing. Successful candidates will have high energy, the ability to manage multiple priorities, proven problem solving skills and exceptional organization. Responsibilities include daily deposits, AP/AR processing, job costing, collections, daily cash management and GL maintenance. Excellent communication, organization, verbal and written skills required. Experience with QuickBooks a plus. Minimum Associates in Accounting. Recruiter Assistant Job Summary: To provide a variety of support services to our Recruiters. This entry level recruiting position entails general administrative duties as well as recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated result driven individual with good decision making skills. They will be able to work independently with minimum supervision and exude high levels of honesty and integrity in everything they do. Duties: Perform routine administrative duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and answering phones related to the recruitment process. Prescreen candidates, communicate requirements and duties to qualified candidates Check candidate references and other credentials. Identify sources for qualified candidates Maintain good relationships with all candidates, employees, and clients Assist with on-boarding of new employees Participate in recruiting and networking events including after hour events as needed.
