My complaint that the Royal Courts of justice Queens bench judge Master Basil Yoxall made his judgment by fraud upon the court and suppressed the truth that the defendant bank had acted outside the scope of its authority and that the defendant banks defence proves my prosecution case against it can never be hidden...Master Basil Yoxall had a duty to order the defendant bank to reply to my affidavit reply to its further and better particulars of defence but allowed the defendant bank to fail to reply to my affidavit reply to its defence and.twisted the facts and failed to follow the law to deny me due process and made his judgment by fraud....the law counts ...Master Basil Yoxall should be investigated by the Judicial complaints office and Master Basil Yoxalls corrupt judgment set aside
