My complaint to Frontier this morning, as we wait in the airport... again... Hi there. We were supposed to fly on 1021 to Madison at 3:05 yesterday. I just wrote a very nice letter with praise for the kind people who saw us off of the plane twice yesterday and found us a nice hotel to sleep in. Then I accidentally deleted the nice letter because Im using my husbands stupid Mac. So Im going to cut to the chase. If you dont have the part to fix the plane when I wake up my beautiful children at 4:30 a.m., you need to tell me. My oldest child has autism, desperately wants to go home, and will probably express frustration at your staff when we finally go home. I am not feeding him that energy; in fact, I am working pretty hard to keep things upbeat and fun so that he can make through the flight. But the delays at the airport ruined the supplements and food he needs, and hes overtired, so those things are out of my control now. I sincerely hope that the person who reads this letter has a lovely day. I realize that I have not come into contact with any people who are actually responsible for this failures that have led to the moment that I am writing this letter. Please make sure this letter gets to people who are responsible. These people need to accept responsibility for what has gone wrong here and change their procedures so that it does not happen again.
