My complaint to @virginamerica I signed up for text alerts and checked in advanced I was not informed or messaged about the delayed flights to The NY area until after we handed over our checked bags and got out boarding pass. I still have not received my text alert. Ive been stuck at the airport for 5 hours. The air-conditioner in the virgin terminal is on so low I am sweating and miserable. As is my kid. I will never fly Virgin again until they make this right. I planned everything out and signed up for alerts through them but did not receive a single one. (Aside from confirmation that I was signed up for alerts).
