My completely unbiased review of Knoxville Uncorked: With both the Best Location and Best Patio on the Historic Market Square, Knoxville, Oodles Uncorked (now Knoxville Uncorked after a decade of success on the Square) is not only a pioneering locally-owned business in the revitalization of Downtown, its the only restaurant in the area making pastas fresh daily. We have the best wine selection around too. Uncorked is a lovely place to lunch, brunch, dinner, party, take a date, or just sit quietly and enjoy a glass of wine and a dish from our new small plate menu. Currently, my wife Bernadette West and my parents Jim and Vada West are hard at work wiith the staff revamping everything: redesigning the ambiance of the restaurant and wine bar, rewriting the menus, retraining the staff. Well-worth a visit whenever youre in the neighborhood.
