My computer problems seem to be over. Im not really sure why, but I did restore the system to a previous date and uninstalled and then reinstalled Avast anti-virus. Turned out that Internet Explorer was set as my default already. So, Im happy again. Maybe I was wrong in blaming Google Chrome. As long as it sits there and does nothing, Ill be happy. Sometimes, you just dont know whats going on and it can get so frustrating. Restoring has solved a lot of problems for me, especially when I get tricked into adding something I dont want and it tries to take over my whole system, change my home page, etc. Took a load of recyclables to the recycling company and got $17.01 for it all. Allowed me to refill my barbecue grill propane tank and buy some needed groceries. Much of that was from my cleanup and just getting rid of things I likely would never use. Things are looking downright nice around and in my shop. Now, I can proceed with the water channel I want to build around the concrete walk out of some accumulated blocks. I had dug one but it filled in slowly. Blocks will be easier to keep clear. There will be a permanent edge barrier. The sale week doesnt look too promising from what was in the Ad King. There is one community sale on Saturday but no estate sales. Dont plan to go out tomorrow. Thats about it. Ill take a swing through other peoples posting and maybe share a couple.
