My confession is that Im going through a really bad time right now and I think its affecting me more pychologically. I dont want to be labeled as someone depressed but the more I read the symptoms, the more I think its true. Theres days where I just want to end my life because that would be easier. I dont think Im good enough for my parents or my friends and I just perfer to distance myself rather than engage with them. I wish there was someone who I could talk to, Im going to get help but I honestly dont know where to start. I hate feeling like this...
