My conscience what a great day in Jackson, TN with Paul, Connie, and Stacy! We had Thanksgiving lunch at about 11 AM at the hotel. It was fantastic! They had a HUGE buffet with all kinds of salad, fruit, desserts, green beans, dressing, all kinds of meat including turkey, ham and roast beef! I enjoyed what little I had. After lunch we drove to our property out in the country. It is beautiful out there! Later Stacy and I were waiting in the lobby for Paul and Connie to come down for dinner...I went to the check-in desk and asked the young lady there if she would call the man in the elevator (Paul) over and tell him there was a problem with his credit card and he needed to provide another form of payment. He exits the elevator and she calls him over and tells him there was a problem with his card and she would need another card for payment. Paul is stunned! His mouth drops open and he starts kind of stuttering! It was great!! We let him suck wind for a little bit and then I busted out laughing and walked up to the lady and gave her a double high five!! She sold it good! Paul called me a suck-egg weasel and I laughed all the way to the car! We went to Stein Mart for a little shopping and I bought the lady a big chocolate caramel candy bar for her award winning performance!
