My cover photograph is an image that I created today which depicts Verna Blackwell-Hilario and her beloved father, Edward Bysinski, as he enters the final stages of life. This was a very difficult and emotional photograph to create because I wanted to give my friend a photograph that she will cherish for the rest of her life. The first few minutes of this photography session were spent in prayer. Finally, I collected myself and shot approximately 200 images of this great man. This is the second time that I have photographed an individual in such a physical state. God bless you, Verna. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to photograph such a great man. I ask everyone to remember this family in your prayers in the days to come.
