My current pad is available for rent. 6 blocks east from Union Station (~7min walk to Union), two blocks south of the H Street Corridor! $1,000/month plus electricity plus mail duties/yard clean up. That is below market by about $500 so they are looking for someone responsible who would appreciate the situation/benefits and take good care of the house and the property.
