My dad Col. Claude St Romain, Snr. died on his birthday; 6th.June, eight years ago..... His first job was as an interior Primary School teacher, then Principal, (2 x University of Newcasle Upon Tyne degrees in England), on return to Guyana was appointed Education Officer, later Senior Education Officer, Regional Administrative Officer, Senior Regional Development Officer [North West Region], Assistant Director General [GNS Training]. Administrator of Matarkai Garrison - Military Colonel - Matthews Ridge/Port Kaituma/Arakaka NWR, Contract Lecturer University of Guyana, and more...... He had a double Masters in Education & Sociology since about 1975. He LOVED to give good expert advice on whatever topic, to who-ever, whether you asked for it, or not.....LOL. He was an avid if not obsessive reader, and so could converse on almost ANY topic without difficulty. Even if I say it myself Dad, You did it your way and you did it WELL! WE LOVE YOU, AND MISS YOU.......R.I.P.! [His photo wouldnt load now......lol]
