My dad is in his fourth straight week in Elmhurst Hospital, Illinois. His doctors have pursued every possible treatment to fight his MDS, but it has progressed to Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Compassionate nurses and doctors are such a blessing and we are very thankful for the care that dad has received. The outpouring of love and prayers from family and friends is our source of strength and comfort.. Please keep him in your prayers as we transition to hospice/palliative care.
