My daddy was always a strong, independent ,hardworking man and I am sure the fact that he has to be cared for in this manner is just as awful to him as it is to the great family members that is doing the taking care of. This man drove himself to the E.R. during several heart attacks,he was always so strong. I hate that I am not there to care for him, but life and responsibilities keep me in Tennessee. I pray everyday for him to get better and for Janice Eileen Martin to have the strength and patience she needs to care for her husband, my daddy.I am so appreciative for all that vickie, barry, janice,carey and michael are doing and I know my daddy is too. I would do anything from this end that I can to help:) We love you all up there, I guess I am just venting a bit, feel so helpless from here and so ashamed that I, as his oldest, cannot be there to help:(
