My daughter Destiny has her friends over so I made them these chops to go along with leftover garlic mashed potatoes. I marinated these in 1can of Dr Pepper and 4 tbs of Worcestershire sauce for 30 mins prior to breading with 1/2 cornstarch and 1/2 flour 1st, then egg soak, then garlic herb bread crumbs. Salt and pepper as soon as you take them out of the oil. Not deep-fried, just pan-fried in 1/4 inch oil. Oh yeah, they taste amazing! Bon Appetite! Chef Bully
