My daughter Leigh is making her 4th pot of soup for me. That is a total of 6 big pots of soup including the one my nephew made. Having a food that I can taste for a cancer patient with terrible taste buds, this is almost a miracle! I rope everyone I can into making this soup for me....dont laugh but I eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Leigh got the recipe from pentrest it has saved her from planning meals for me even though it is hard to make. After the making the rest is easy....ladle into a bowl heat and serve. I thank the Lord for providing something I can eat every meal and it not get old to me. I wish that this was something that I could do myself..freeing her from the burden. I start physical therapy in a week or so to try to regain my walking ability. I am headed to Nashville for a reevaluation at Sarah Cannons Cancer Institute and 10 days later at Vanderbilt. I am still looking at Emery in Atlanta If my insurance will pay for it. I have family there and know that I will have great care! Sniff, sniff...I can smell the soup and to me it is heavenly!!!!! Have a great New Years!!!
