My daughter has basically given up on sleeping! Everyday this week she goes to bed at the same time and wakes up REALLY early.... between 5 and 5:30. Try putting her to bed earlier, she just wakes up even earlier. She has always had issues with being over stimulated.... if there is something exciting planned the next day....or at least something exciting to her....she struggles to fall asleep, and she struggles sleeping in general. Between general Christmas excitement, finding elf on the shelf and now the class teddy bear has come home with her for the weekend shes exhausted! Shes been up since 4 am this morning :(. At this point Im not sure WHAT to do. My poor baby is gonna be a zombie by new years!
