My daughter has recently formed a Subdural Hematoma on her brain, and is unable to afford healthcare to monitor its growth and progress. Multiple MRIs are not cheap and neither are hospital stays. She has lost her job and is unable to work. My full-time job does not offer healthcare, because small businesses cant afford the financial burden due to the economy. Plus, the Affordable Care Act is NOT affordable and applying for Disability is a year long process with no guarantees. It seems our countrys top priority is to invest trillions to fight wars. Wars that do what exactly? They claim war will protect our individual freedom, safety and the economy which is obviously not true. All I see is greed, government exploitation of American citizens and out of control Federal spending. In my honest opinion, Id say that the USA is about as weak as a country can get right about now. Weak in morals. Government doesnt care about you, or your children, or your rights, or your welfare, or your safety. It simply doesnt give a f*ck about you. My daughter is out of ICU, living with me and functioning at half staff. At this point, it seems appropriate for American citizens fly their flags at half staff till further notice, not for my daughters sake, but for their own realization ... of well, what George said.
