My daughter said something to me yesterday that just hasnt set right in my head. Ya know that one phrase that will haunt you til you speak your mind? It happened to her last yr and she just had a convo with me about it( prob cause she knew Id be whhaaa?ssppsshh) to make a long story short, to say to my daughter you dont eat makes you look really uneducated. Just because she refuses to sit dont and shovel in her mouth that bag of preservatives or that handful of fat, doesnt mean she doesnt eat. My family eats on average about that of an over weight trucker!! Just the right kinda eats so next time you think your wanna open your mouth and shoot out words of smarts look up clean eating cause without all the eating clean there is no way she would be able to keep up the amount of training done on a daily basis. I get irate when someone puts down a teenage girl for her eating habits or how she looks. You have no idea the damage you do when you say mouth vomit for the sake of being mean. Not just my daughter, any young beautiful woman out there. Wow. Now I feel better. I hope some beautiful teenage girls get some motivation out of this. Dont let others out you down. I know many amazing girls making fabulous progress for wonderful futures!! Yall rock socks ;) 👊😁😁😁
