My daughter sent me this delicious recipe of a tea for when you’re feeling bloated Ginger Detox Tea Ginger and mint are famous for aiding digestion, so this tea was designed to combat all that annoying gas and uncomfortable bloating. Sip it throughout the day to keep those digestive fires burning and your tummy taut. • 4 cups cold, filtered water • 1 cinnamon stick • 10 mint leaves • 1 inches of ginger, grated • 1/2 a lemon, juiced Directions Bring 4 cups of filtered water to a boil with the cinnamon, mint and ginger. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes. Remove the pot from heat, add the lemon juice, and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes. Then strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve, pressing out all the good ginger juice
