My daughter sometimes comes home for the weekend from college and this morning she came and parked her little Viva in the only empty space available outside our nextdoor neighbours house. These good neighbours do not own a car and have kindly given permission for others to use the spot on a first-come-first-serve basis. I realise space is a rare commodity, and I have often asked my daughter to be careful where and how she parks as our neighbours can get upset over this issue, and I dont really feel the need to argue over parking, especially as its Ramadhan and there are many more important global issues. However imagine my surprise when I found somebody had placed dried stools on the base of my daughters windscreen. Maybe its just a coincidence, maybe some cat or dog decided to climb up on the car and defecate. This isnt the first incident, and its rather a worrying sign of our times (assuming of course it was malicious). What a shame.
