My daughter went to the naturopath today and these are her results. The pink highlighted items are what she showed sensitivities to. Whether they are full allergies or not, who knows. We will definitely try to eliminate some of these and see what happens. She forgot to highlight pineapple but my daughter reacted to that. She also reacted to the 4 Wilton food dye bottles I took. I cant say Im surprised. Ive long heard that eczema can be related back to a dairy issue and she has had eczema. Also, her one major breakout was after drinking orange juice, so thats not surprising either. Cutting out milk and cheese will be a challenge though. We will probably go to a milk alternative like cows milk...but cheese? sigh. She eats it a lot.
