My day definitely didnt turn out as planned. Between rushing and sleep deprivation I ended up at the ER after a stupid accident in the kitchen!! I saw a really cute idea on Pinterest and was working on the very first one!! As I was attempting to put the second piece of candy on a wooden skewer, I ended up impaling my hand! I knew from watching ER for 14 years not to remove it myself. I didnt want to call 911, but finding someone not busy today want easy. My sweet friend Tammy Martin- Cerrutis husband came to pick me up and take me to the hospital and we got there and Keith Faina, Tammy and Kimberly were waiting there for me! All I can say is OUCH!!!! It was in about an inch deep and thankfully caused no nerve or tendon damage. Im now in a temporary cast/splint. So now so much for finishing the projects at home and no cookies got baked.......oh well. It will be a Christmas to look back at and laugh....... Now Tammy is spoiling me!!
