My day started off today taking our friends to our favorite place Sugar N Spice Coffee & Tea to get donuts. I was completely blessed as I overheard the cashier tell the lady being served that the man in front of her had paid for her breakfast. She in turn paid for the person behind her and it continued for several people in front of us, and our friend from Houston, Christopher paid for the people behind us. I saw a chain of people being Nicked right in front of us and they didnt even know it. It took my breath away. We got home and there was a knock on our door, and Lisa, a wonderful part of Nicks Army for over two years asked me to come to her car where she and her husband presented me with the most beautiful hand crafted urn. Her husband was up at 3 am last night making it. You could see the love crafted in to it. Yes my friends this was the beginning of a major meltdown. Today we will celebrate the life of one of the most beautiful human beings I have ever met. The peace I feel after going through something so traumatic is inexplicable. Nicks love and kindness is felt all around us today. We thank each and every one of you for carrying us through this incredibly dark time in our lives. May you, like us, feel peace beyond all understanding.
