My day today, well a couple people didnt like what I had to say... On December 5 I placed an order from Wal-Mart online, the order was to be delivered by the 12th and it was for surrogate Santa at work. I shopped for about 20 children, bought 116 items and spent almost $1500!!! I never received a package but my charge went through on my card. I called today because we will be delivering on the 23rd and they canceled my order 7 days ago and my money was reimbursed to my card yesterday. I NEVER received anything about this and the only reason I was finding out now is because I called and inquired. The reason they canceled it is because their system couldnt process an order that large! WalMart is a huge corporation, and if their system cannot handle an order that large they need to find some new IT people to work on that. Not only do I have to finish shopping for the other 15 children now or ask around for volunteers at work now to help purchase, I also have to go shopping for these other 20 children too sometime between now and Monday, along with 3 Christmases with family planned and working every single day until then too. Ugh, I am so irritated with Wal-Mart online!!!!! Makes me sick knowing that I could have already had this finished if I would have had some type of notification on it.
