My day went like this: up at 5, feed and run all 24 dogs in 3 groups, leave for Sacramento at 7:45, get to gas station in Auburn only to realize that I forgot my wallet. Called vet to say Id be 1 hour late, drove back to Grass Valley to get my wallet, got gas and drove to the vet to drop off 2 dogs for teeth cleaning. Then took a 3rd dog to my other vet for 11 appointment (got there at 11:10) for barium swallow/fluoroscopy. Then took graphic designers to Christmas lunch, then picked up hand made ice cream treats for my vet and his staff, and picked up my 2 very groggy kids who had teeth cleaned, 3 extractions, and 1 foxtail in ear removed. Spent $860 on 3 kids today - of course, totally worth it! Came home to my awesome Sanctuary with Lights twinkling. Good day.
