My dear Muslim Brethren, our system of justice has been the instrument that has kept our civilization throughout history alive and vibrant. The insurance of fair play, and the respect of every citizens rights when orchestrated properly, has made our civilization stand against barbarian attacks for centuries. Our civilization began to experience set backs when our legal code began to be used as a tool for oppressors to loot the resources of the Muslims for the continuation of their leisure. Women, wine and song became the order of the day and in time the whole thing began to unravel. It stands to reason that what our civilization needs to rejuvenate itself is to return to our roots and that is the establishment of the blessed Shariah. Shariah is not a system of oppression, nor is it an excuse to loot the treasuries of the Faithful. It is the system that regulates our civilization and it is likewise important for us to view our way of life as a functioning civilization and not simply a "religion". Islam is not a religion and has never been a religion. Religions are man-made philosophies with systems found for and created by human beings and the chief component in it is its reliance upon human deities.
