My dear Nigel, nothing will ever explain the man you became, you have given me joy and happiness from the first day we met, 15 years ago. ive watch you go to war many times over and i cannot explain how thankful i am of every time you returned home, the past 2 weeks ive tried to pretend it was just normality you being away fighting for our lives but today it all became real, you return home but not full of life,love and laughter, you have bring so much happiness to others and the world treated you unfairly, you were more than anyone could ask for, even while you were thousands of miles away you were the best son,uncle and friend someone could ever wish for. I am grateful for all the time we had together for everything you done for my boy, your god son and myself, for every risk you had taken to keep us alive. we always knew this could happen but we prayed, we hoped and we made ourselves believe it would never happen we have lost a true solider, your heart and soul was always in the right place , Friday we lay you to rest but you will never be forgot, ever, you make me proud, and ive given up with words now, i promise you i will never go a day without thinking of you and i will always visit you and i shall always look after your mom, I love you, thank you.
