My dear brother, People who say YOU ARE THEORETICAL are really practical at higher level of abstraction. For example, a person at older age has to really depend on other person for keeping his life journey on. But practically how many persons go with with his life associating with him. Though this is the basic understanding of association of marriage, the trend has been changing, children are busy with their life, wife and children. Even the spouse who is expected to be with the life partner talks about independence i.e. financial independence in fact full independence, the way they understand the independence sometimes does not even match the LIVING TOGETHER bottom line (of the basic objective of marriage. Even the courts and police are so selfish that they are looking how much benefit do they get during this process of some body elses life problem They feel as if that the salary that flows regularly is by default and any effort and initiation towards attempting to address the problems of citizens need some benefit i.e. either monitor (currency) or in other forms.) If this is the practical trend, who understands this problem practicality and tries to promote the logic of self help. My brother keeps saying that one must seek and take support. What support he could give during the old age of a father? I asked. Then he says, well the money I have sent. Does support mean only sending the money?, It includes both tangible, intangible supports of in fact a regular life pattern and has to be sustained and maintained till the death. The point here is not to comment on what he did or the way he supported. The comment is on his thinking and attitude: This kind of thinking does not let the default system pattern that is required to be maintained in a self help, self support, self regulation strategy to be established within the life system. So the solution that I expected for the mankind is to establish the capability of self help, self support, self regulation strategy. A Chinese Quote: Do not give a fish rather let the human know how to fish and earn the fish to make his/her day meal. Let them know what is savings for the future to take care of their older age living. Well! every thing else you get more than that is Bonus and Gods GIFT. But in the name of having those Bonuses and Gods GIFT (such as your children will take care of you both tangibly and intangibly. It means not only the currency or money matters but try is give their best support along with staying and living with you), one should not spoil the basic existence of establishing that self-sustainable and maintenance strategy. So the comment is on the forcing and enforcing attitude to seek and take others support. They are forcing and enforcing and causing problems to some body who does not believe in just depending on some bodys support for arranging his/her basic needs. If some one is interested to establish such kind of environment of too much dependency then practically some parents are left with either getting FULL SUPPORT or NO SUPPORT. Parents who are getting Full Support are happy, so what happens to parents who do not get NO SUPPORT. They even say well I managed it through assigning this portfolio to the SISTER. Well! you can not do what ever you like. There is a societal pattern that has been established. If you let your sister take care of such responsibility why cant you let your brothers take care of it. Taking care of parents by sons is the established societal pattern. Since every body has parents this kind of understanding will help all elders be taken care off. But by assigning this to some SISTER has led the whole system into a confusing stage. One should establish a system with a feeling of responsibility as a mandate not as optional. In the name of assigning to a SISTER, you made the her family burdened with two elderly families had to depend on them and other brothers and sisters were freed completely. I would have appreciated you if you have worked on this problem not at the individual level but at establishing a pattern level in the society. You could have worked to Change the society of taking care of parents not by sons but by daughters. Please do not give the exceptional cases what if some parents do not have sons? Well there is adoption of SONS logic were already established in the society. But the very kind of independence and freedom has been allowing to make this kind of silly mistakes at the bottom line level and spoiling the socio-economic system at the root level. One can not play with the bottom-line level human needs. 40-50 percent of basic human full filling needs are important as a static pattern. THIS 40-50% of basic human fulfillment must happen through self help self support, self regulation. If that is not happening then it is clearly the GOVERNANCE problem. Make the other 50-60 percent leave to play in the name of growth and innovation. It is the same case either in terms of social patterns or economic patterns or socio-economic patterns of the life. But the logic that you have understood and gained from the patterns of the remaining 50-60 percent of human life experiences, you have tried to apply to the first 40-50 percent of mandated human life fulfillment. This is wrong. If some body does this, it is called bad leadership. Please do not force and enforce the growth and innovation logic pattern observed to be made applicable to the fundamental, basic human needs fulfillment and its sustainability logic. A real administrator or an adviser should be wise enough to perceive this discrimination of two different patterns of logic and should seeks this kind of establishment. This is what we call the self-less (opposite to selfish) pragmatic philosophy to run sustainable human life. WE DO NOT WANT SELFISH logic but WE NEED SELL FISH logic. The whole set of governance departments are required to maintain this trend by constantly monitoring the sustainable management and enterprise performance indicators for the purpose of tuning them for achieving (i) always keep the bottom line level of human life sustainability of fulfilling the basic needs of human and then (ii) design the rest for showing the growth and innovation for stimulating the human life. PLEASE DO NOT TRADE the mandated basic needs of human life fulfillment with Optional growth and innovation logic. Make this 40-50 percent exclusive and hold tightly. Do not let the affects of dynamic encroach into this static 40-50 percent and ruin the fundamental patterns that are established for the sake of leading the sustainability of human life management.
