My dear friends, family and fellow animal lovers and advocates. My heart is beyond heavy as I write this post today. My family and I have experienced a loss so great I ask all of you to forgive me for not being present on Friends of Harnett since Saturday, and to understand my need for time off to help my family through this tragedy. On Saturday night I lost my 18 year old Godson and Nephew Johnathon Taylor to a single vehicle horrific car accident. He was a pure, positive loving soul. He inspired all who came to know him. He was like a son to me. I pray for my sister and brother in law, his brother and his grandmother, to be able to get beyond the horrible pain and sorrow they and myself are all experiencing at this time. I also pray for all of Johns friends at The Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, in that they too can heal and get beyond this overwhelming pain. I thank all of you who have sent texts, PMs, emails and who have called to send your condolences. I also thank you for your kind posts on other facebook sites and for all the food and most importantly love, you have passed on to our family. We have now finalized his Celebration of LIfe and Church Services. Tuesday, July 8th at 6pm there will be a Celebration of Life at the Ravenscroft School in Raleigh. Wednesday, July 9th at 2pm is the Funeral Service at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Raleigh. I LOVE YOU JOHN, UNTIL WE SEE EACH OTHER AGAIN, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART AND SOUL.
