My dear siddharth, for how many times we will depend outside odisha people for CPE hours?A kolkata or chennai faculty is asked to give presentation to odisha students even if they have satellite classes in Bhubaneswar but odisha CA faculty can not take class? Which regulation permit the bhubaneswar branch council members to do so?Why young CAs from Bhubaneswar are not considered for paper presentation in All India Conference along with national big names? Are you really building resources for COE in Bhubaneswar or you will still depend upon outside faculties? Is the Bhubaneswar branch is taking any initiative for presenting Odisha CAs in national conferences outside India? Is the feedback system in orientation and GMCS Program are appropriate and adequate? Is there a transparency system in selection of faculties for different programs?Is revenue generation is the only criteria? 90% courses are compulsory courses and students are bound to enroll, whether apt quality control exist for faculty evaluation? Whether institute has ever planned for Student and faculty open discussion? Can you answer me, why a faculty is ignored for GMCS even if in previous batch he had highest ranking? Just projecting is not enough we have to feel the ground reality.
